Uncle Donald was such a gentleman in all senses of the word. I have many happy childhood memories where he played a part. Alzheimer’s disease is horrific and I now work looking after those suffering with it and their families struggling to come to terms with it. My Grandad also died from the illness and in memory of Uncle Donald and my Grandad and all the other patients I have looked after over the years, this is the least I can do.
